FSS – ANSUL – R-102 fire suppression systems

Installed on site once the equipment is positioned, Ansul R-102 is a liquid and chemical fire suppression system. It is the most efficient solution to control the risk of fire, which is inherent to all professional kitchens, without putting customers or staff in danger. It reacts rapidly and automatically to fire, before it can spread via a fused link.

Each system design is based on the extraction canopy and the type, size and quantity of risk appliances placed beneath. Fixed pipework extends from the main enclosures over the ceiling and into the extraction canopy.

Discharge nozzles are installed into canopy plenum areas and also aimed into any extract ducts. Nozzles are mounted above the cookline and aimed at specific risk appliances such as Ranges, Woks, Griddles, Fryers, Bratt Pans and more.

In the event of fire the system discharges automatically using strategically placed detectors or can be manually operated using the Manual Pull Station. The integration into the design by Bridge Air Control system will make the process easier for you to manage your project from start to finish.
