We were delighted to be involved in creating a new school servery counter successfully built, and installed at a primary school in Darwen, meeting the demands of both staff and children over the lunchtime service.
Staff and children love their new dining experience with a bespoke servery counter.
From a blank canvas to a quality finish servery counter, we started with an initial site visit to ensure specific requirements for manufacture and installation of the highest quality, and then completed a fully fitted and working service area to meet the busy demands of the dinnertime period.
The counter includes two hot cupboards with heated bain-marie tops, inset with a central counter housing a bespoke refrigerated well for cold drinks etc.
The front of the counter has a stainless frontage formed with individually folded panels lined with MDF to ensure a robust finish. Mounted to the front is a fold down tubular tray slide made in two sections. This enables the operator to manage the fold down procedure should only one member of staff be available.
Finally, the unit is finished with a removable stainless steel kick plinth to enable cleaning below the unit as and when required.
